Refund Privacy and Shipping Policies
Products that are custom/made to order items and are not refundable. This includes but is not limited to our tutus, tassel and confetti sets, confetti balloons.
We do want you to be 100% happy with your product from our shoppe and we will strive to send you products just as we have described and in excellent condition. If you do have an issue with your order please reach out to us so that we can make things right for you.
Clothing and Shoes and accessories (not including earrings) are refundable up to 7 days after purchase if unwashed and unworn. Items returned that show sign of wear are not refundable and are subject to a second shipping fee for return. After 7 days - you may return for an exchange up to 30 days after purchase if unwashed and unworn.
Earrings are non returnable because of hygiene concerns.
Sale items are final sale and not returnable.
If we make a mistake or you receive a product that is broken or not correct -we will replace that product for you. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. Exchanges are limited to products that we have made a mistake in sending. We can not exchange custom products because you no longer want the item or changed your mind after ordering.
All returns must be pre approved.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 510 West Ave North Augusta South Carolina US 29841.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We ship world wide. You can choose shipping at the time of checkout that best meets your needs. We are not responsible for the time it takes to ship any item as that is the postal or shipping carriers responsibility. You will need to contact USPS for lost or delayed packages
