Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase. No refunds are issued but you can excahnge for something else in the store or for a gift card. You must have a receipt or an registered account (so that we can pull you receipt up in our system) to exchange.
All items must be Unwashed and not show signs of wear with tags still attached. We do reserve the right to refuse exchanges on items with strong odors like pets, smoke, etc.Please do not get upset with our team members for folowing our policies.
