Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase. No refunds are issued but you can exchange for something else in the store or for a gift card. You must have a receipt or a registered account (so that we can pull you receipt up in our system) to exchange. All items must be unwashed and unworn with tags still attached. We do reserve the right to refuse exchanges on items with strong odors like pets, smoke, etc.
